Design an intuitive site that’s welcoming to the overwhelmed.
I reimagined every touchpoint to work harder for Smartwool. Starting with a new site map based on the customer journey, I restructured headlines to make search more intuitive, added social campaign sections to feature collections previously hidden in the existing design, and made an interactive product carousel for those collections.
The result was a truly supportive experience where every customer could get down to business.
